In the next couple of weeks, there are several interesting and famous bands visiting Ireland. This news means that a lot of exciting live concerts at several exciting venues throughout Ireland!
The summer is also around the corner which means for the next couple of months Ireland will be filled with exciting music festivals of several genres ranging from rock, pop rock, house, drum and bass, electronic, soft electronic, dubstep, and heavy metal. Therefore, all the music lovers are indeed in for a big treat as these festivals are just around the corner.
To begin with, Chris Cornell who was previously a front runner of Soundgarden, Temple of the Dog, and Audio slave is playing at ‘The Ulster Hall’ in Belfast on Sunday, April 24. He is a well known artist who has contributed incredible music over the years and now is performing and touring solo.
On April 25th, at SSE Arena in Belfast, ‘5 seconds of Summer’ are going to perform. They have quite a brilliant stage presence along with fine tunes.
Moving on, we have ‘The Zombies’ who are playing at the CQAF Marquee in Belfast on Thursday, April 28th. The fact that a band from sixties is still touring and playing live music is incredible in itself. The Zombies are influenced by rhythm and blues, rocks, jazz rock, and psychedelic rock and their music largely speaks in volume about significant themes and issues around us. Definitely, don’t miss it.
Fans of Marc Almond — take a note that the singer/musician is playing in Belfast on Saturday, April 30th. For those of you who don’t know Marc Almond, he is known for his soft pop music with synth-pop, new wave, and gothic rock influences. The song ‘Tainted love’ is one of the most famous hit singles delivered by Marc Almond.
